LUX Exclusive is an outsourced executive support partner based in Geneva. We take on the administrative, logistical and organisational management of executives and their organisations, white-label or as an extension of their teams.
We operate under your name and to your standards. Your clients, partners and staff only ever interact with your brand: our involvement remains entirely invisible from the outside.
Every collaboration is governed by a strict confidentiality agreement, a clear SLA and a defined scope. Nothing leaves your perimeter, and monthly reporting documents every action taken.
An internal role represents CHF 70,000 to 130,000 in annual salary, plus charges, leave, office and equipment. LUX Exclusive starts at CHF 4,500 / month, billed as an operating expense (therefore deductible), with no salary commitment or fixed overheads.
Our engagements are built for the long term: the initial commitment is 6 months, then tacit renewal with 2 months’ notice. The quarterly recalibration ensures your subscription stays aligned with your actual usage.
